My philosophy is to focus on YOUR specific situation, providing a personalized training plan with particular attention to daily habits.

You don’t really want a trainer, but you want the outcomes of a new body, strength, confidence, etc. If you want to fit again in your skinny jeans or to improve your athletic performance, you’re in the right place.

My goal is to help you reach YOUR goals, by adopting a healthy lifestyle without abandoning your favorite chocolate. The transition has to be simple and fun and I’m here to show you how!
